The Old Riverview Guest House
Set in the centre of Earith village, a well-known conservation area, ideally located just 5 miles from the historic town of St. Ives and 14 miles from Cambridge, the Old Riverview Guest House offers outstanding, homely boutique accommodation opposite the Great Ouse River. A welcoming atmosphere provides the perfect location to relax in our 19th Century Coaching Inn. The bespoke bed and breakfast has been sympathetically refurbished to capture the historical character of the Inn, whilst incorporating the luxury of modern facilities.
Each of our en-suite rooms have been tastefully and individually designed with attention to detail to make each person's stay a comfortable, enjoyable memory. Visitors can relax outside, either in the adjoining courtyard or opposite on our private river frontage watching the ducks and swans swim by and if you are really lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of the Earith seals!
There are various pubs and restaurants within easy reach or we are happy to offer evening meals by prior arrangement.
The Old Riverview has been lovingly restored by Graham and Jayne to reflect the needs of every traveller, offering warmth, comfort and relaxation in friendly surroundings.
The Old Riverview Guest House is a family run affair owned by Graham and Jayne. Before this project Graham was a local farmer, working the Cambridgeshire Fens for potatoes, wheat and oil seed rape. Jayne has had a varied career starting in the Royal Air Force as a chef and in later life becoming a teacher of English to foreign students. Their combined skills of caring for good quality food products and commitment to customers' needs and requirements will ensure your stay surpasses your expectations.
